Mr. Nah is an associate at CONNOR, FLETCHER & HEDENKAMP LLP. Mr. Nah and the firm handle all types of business litigation matters, including business torts, fraud, breach of contract, shareholder dissolution claims, partnership disputes, commercial and ground lease disputes, real estate development, property rights, environmental matters, wrongful termination, unfair competition, antitrust, and other business law issues. Mr. Nah has obtained favorable judgments for his clients, which have been published in the Daily Journal’s Top Verdicts and Settlements.
A native of Southern California, Mr. Nah attended UCLA School of Law as a Dean’s Merit Scholar, and received his J.D. in 2015. He served as Chief Managing Editor for the school’s Journal of Environmental Law and Policy, and participated with El Centro Legal Clinics and the California Innocence Project. During law school, Mr. Nah worked for the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the Eastern District of California, and the Los Angeles County Public Defender’s Office. Mr. Nah graduated magna cum laude from UC-Irvine with a B.A. in Criminology, Law & Society, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and presented with the Excellence in Undergraduate Research Award by the School of Social Ecology. He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the OCBA Young Lawyers Division, and the Korean American Bar Association of Southern California.
Mr. Nah is admitted to practice in the State of California.
