Brian Hoops litigates business, employment, and construction-defect disputes. He has specific knowledge of prosecuting and defending claims involving:
- contract, fraud, and fiduciary duties
- discrimination based on age, sex, national origin, disability, and wages
- construction and design defects, contractor/subcontractor liability, and construction liens
He has successfully represented individuals, developers, local governments, banks, and investment firms in pre-litigation disputes, trial, and appeal.
Before practicing law, Brian served in the United States Army Reserve Military Police Corps and was deployed to Iraq from 2008 to 2009. He earned his Bachelor of Science with honors in International Business from CSU Dominguez Hills and his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law.
Brian is a member of the Orange County Bar Association’s Business Litigation, Labor & Employment, and Appellate Law sections. He maintains an active role in his community as a member of the Amigos de Bolsa Chica, Orange County Coastkeeper, and a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity.
Brian is licensed to practice law in California and Florida.
