Vasko Alexander

Vasko Alexander is a business litigator, practicing in all aspects of litigation from inception to appeal of complex disputes.  Mr. Alexander offers his experience with handling complex civil litigation cases, including international commercial litigation disputes.

Vasko represents businesses and individuals in high-stakes litigation arising predominantly out of contract and partnership disputes, as well as recovering assets from unscrupulous brokers taking advantage of investors.

Community and Leadership

Vasko is a member of the Orange County Jewish Bar Association, as well as the Business Litigation Section of the Orange County Bar Association.  Mr. Alexander was recently asked to be the President of the Bulgarian Jewish Heritage Alliance of America and is working on reviving the organization’s objective in preserving and spreading the story of Bulgarian Jews.  Past community involvement includes Director of Membership Development for the Orange County Chapter of Claims Litigation Management, Combined Claims Conference Organization Committee member, Lymphoma Research Association Orange County Committee member, Board of Trustees and Executive Board of the World Affairs Council of Orange County, and Membership Committee member at Balboa Yacht Club.

He has contributed to the legal and business community through multiple speaker and author engagements, including:

  • contributor to Tulane Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property (2010);
  • presenter to the American Chamber of Commerce and San Diego Chamber of Commerce on IP protection for exports to Eastern Europe (2010);
  • featured in the Los Angeles Daily Journal (2010);
  • contributor to the Foreign Trade Association 89th Annual Trade Show (2015);
  • contributor to the World Affairs Council analysis and panel discussion on the Syrian refugee crisis; speaker on “Avoiding Litigation Risks in Real Estate Transactions” (2015);
  • recognized by the Orange County Register as a “top Attorney Orange County” (2015);
  • speaker presenting to the Consulate General of Bulgaria on “Mitigating and Managing Litigation Costs (2017);

Outside the office, Vasko enjoys annoying his kids with puns and dad jokes, and makes up for it with camping, fishing, and exploring new places and cultures with his family.
