We successfully prosecuted unlawful discrimination and other employment-related claims on behalf of a female client who was terminated as the principal of a local private school. After a three and a half month jury trial, we obtained a jury verdict and attorney’s fees award of approximately $2.4 million.
One of our partners defended a major gaming company in a series of actions in which the plaintiffs sought to hold the client responsible for alleged discrimination at a casino no longer operated by the client. In each case, the claims were dismissed with no payment by the client.
